Compassionate a.k.a Non-Violent communication is a method of communication that speaks from the heart without talking in circles, nagging, shaming, arguing, or yelling.
It focuses on getting to the root of disagreements and instead addresses feelings. It has been proven to work with children, adults, and even groups. In addition to common communication, I also facilitate conflict resolution. Conflict resolution is a method to work through past conflicts instead of ignoring them.
